Manual Lymphatic massages

With a very gentle and very precise tactile technique (massage) it is possible to influence the lymphatic system to work correctly and also to support the proper flow of the lymph into collecting nodes. 

When would we recommend a lymphatic massage:

• while healing various swellings or edemas after an accident or a surgery or if you simply have the „heavy legs“ feeling
• to accelerate post-traumatic or post-surgery healing
• as a prevention from varicose veins and shin ulcers
• also mitigates recurring headaches
• supports muscle regeneration
• to kick-start your metabolism
• to get rid of excess water in your body – great if you’re in the process of loosing weight
• helps with detoxification of your body
• when you’re feeling tired or exhausted
• to reduce your stress

We offer a one-time SOS lymphatic massage to reduce or remove sudden and current problems.

However, it is much more effective to undergo the whole 5 or 10 lymphatic massage cycle, ideally one in every consecutive week. During each massage the masseuse will focus in detail on one part of your body.

Each and every (whether it is SOS or as part of a massage cycle) lymphatic massage lasts at least 80 minutes. It also includes analyzing and determining the prober approach to your problems by our masseuse.
