MUDr. Lucia Shokalo

Hello, Headmistress. Although I have already reviewed my satisfaction with Atoda Medical and its patient care, specifically mine and my husband's, several times, I would now like to take the liberty of writing to you personally.

Times are what they are and therefore when something is fine and dandy, it should be made known. We are both of retirement age and fitness and therefore appreciate the care that perhaps requires a little more than it did xx years ago. We get that in spades at your facility. And since we have been clients for quite a while, we have had a couple of doctors who have given us time and care, to our satisfaction for sure, we have the ability to compare.

Now, after the departure of Dr. Grušková, we have Dr. Shocalo, and I would like to thank her through you. She is a very kind, empathetic doctor who certainly gives her patients more than her duty, so to speak. I appreciate the fact that she can empathize with the feelings of a fearful and frightened senior citizen and she did not hesitate to encourage me not only in the office but also by email. I am now in a situation where the doctor is sending me for a check-up and she was very pleased yesterday to hear that my results are better and it means a lot to me. Such an encouragement that I could sense and her joy that we are working together to make me feel good again and most importantly, healthy, is an indescribable feeling. I don't take it for granted because it really could have just been a sort of formal emailing of results, with no personal touch.

We wish Atoda all the best, many happy and grateful clients, at least as many as my husband and I are. And the same to you personally.

We will do our best to be clients of such a clinic, where one really looks forward, for as long as possible!

I would like to thank Dr. Shokalo for her wonderful medical care, professional approach, and most of all - her humanity. The doctor is always smiling and friendly. I would also like to thank Dr. Brazova, because she is also absolutely wonderful. I'm really glad that I'm lucky to have such wonderful doctors who treat at a high level and treat us patients as equals.
