ATODA Medical is for me an island of care in servicing my body. Human approach, comfort and flexibility are the reasons why when my body needs something, I go here.

After a few months since registration I am completely satisfied. Excellent GP and specialist services, flexible on appointments, friendly reception. Human approach. This is how I imagine medical care to be! Money well spent. By the way, they recognised early on that what I thought was a mole on my face wasn't quite a mole and sent me for vital surgery. Thank you.

I would like to share my positive experience with the Atoda clinic (and Dr. Nader). About a year ago, my mother (86 years old) began to change before our eyes from one day to the next. She had a constant fever and complained of pain in her shoulders. We visited our general practitioner several times, but he dismissed us, saying that she had probably caught a cold. Someone advised me to try rheumatology (the first piece of advice, which unfortunately did not come from our general practitioner).
The waiting time for an appointment was about three months at that time, so I called around the entire Central Bohemian Region. And then I found the ATODA MEDICAL website. From that moment on, it was like I was in a different world—we made an appointment for the next day, treatment began immediately after the examination, and within three days, my mother began to feel relief for the first time after months of pain. Dr. Nader gave her back her zest for life! His professional yet humane approach is truly incredible. He is great at establishing rapport, calmed my mother down, and made the treatment easier. The overall attitude of the reception and staff is also wonderful. Thank you on behalf of myself and my mother!!!!:-)

Atoda medical is not a just any medical clinic, it is a home away from home,when you need care for your children. From the time you walk in,till you leave, you feel welcome, you feel cared for, you feel understood. The Reception is clean, spacious, all the female and male receptionists were well trained and had impaccable manners, you see 2 sofas, large table for patients, beautiful & calming art on the walls, Czech ,English,German books on the shelf, if you get thristy ,while waiting, refreshments are available to you immediatelly. Bathrooms are on the premises as well. Doctors rooms are well lit,clean, equipped with tools needed for your care. I have comunicated with Atoda medical vias phone and email,and they were always prompt to reply. I highly recomend Atoda medical to individuals and Families. My children saw MUDR. Podstolska,who was kind, never rushed, was knowlagable,easy to communicate with, spoke Czech and English ( I am Czech, married abroad).

I couldn't have picked a nicer clinic. For me it's absolutely TOP. Such a nice and professional staff as in Atoda is hard to see. With my panic fear of needles, we found a way to overcome all the withdrawals during pregnancy ... gynecologist MUDr. Vlček is a pedant who does not underestimate anything! After my son was born, I signed him up for the atody as well. Regular check-ups at the exact time when I come and do not have to wait are not even remotely comparable to the meticulous approach of the pediatrician! The price/quality ratio is more than favorable! When I take into account that I have almost everything under one roof and I don't have to run halfway across Prague ... it's definitely worth it

I have been a member of ATODA Medical for about half a year now and in that time I have experienced how not to be under the control of the state medical system, where you wait for months for an examination and still have to beg. At ATODA Medical you pay extra for the service but I don't regret spending a single penny because they treat you like a customer. When it burns you have an appointment within a few days for almost anything and that's what health is all about.  Thank you so much for the great work and care.

Hello, Headmistress. Although I have already reviewed my satisfaction with Atoda Medical and its patient care, specifically mine and my husband's, several times, I would now like to take the liberty of writing to you personally.

Times are what they are and therefore when something is fine and dandy, it should be made known. We are both of retirement age and fitness and therefore appreciate the care that perhaps requires a little more than it did xx years ago. We get that in spades at your facility. And since we have been clients for quite a while, we have had a couple of doctors who have given us time and care, to our satisfaction for sure, we have the ability to compare.

Now, after the departure of Dr. Grušková, we have Dr. Shocalo, and I would like to thank her through you. She is a very kind, empathetic doctor who certainly gives her patients more than her duty, so to speak. I appreciate the fact that she can empathize with the feelings of a fearful and frightened senior citizen and she did not hesitate to encourage me not only in the office but also by email. I am now in a situation where the doctor is sending me for a check-up and she was very pleased yesterday to hear that my results are better and it means a lot to me. Such an encouragement that I could sense and her joy that we are working together to make me feel good again and most importantly, healthy, is an indescribable feeling. I don't take it for granted because it really could have just been a sort of formal emailing of results, with no personal touch.

We wish Atoda all the best, many happy and grateful clients, at least as many as my husband and I are. And the same to you personally.

I chose this medical facility based on the fact that when you make an appointment, (admittedly for a fee) the doctor will spend over an hour with you. Absolutely great service and attitude. We attend Atoda with our young son and we are always completely delighted.

What is pleasing is that you will be greeted by beautiful surroundings and very friendly and helpful staff. It is also very nice that you can have a small snack and thus make the moment when you are waiting for the nurse to take you to the doctor's office more pleasant. I am almost sorry that the wait is so short 😉. The approach of the doctors in my case, Dr. Gruskova or Benešová, is very professional and human. I can't praise the care at this clinic even though I pay for it. Definitely the fact that they are really here for me and will do their best for me is worth it.

Health comes first for me. At least half of healing is about the doctor's attitude, his behavior and understanding. About treating you as a person/partner who is turning to him because he is looking for help. Feeling understood and cared for also gives you more energy to tackle the illness/problem. If "besides" that, there is a qualified professional on the other side there is nothing to deal with. This is why my wife and I are under the care of Atoda Healthcare. It makes me feel like a human being. And I hereby thank not only the doctors, but also the entire staff who create a pleasant environment in Atoda..... completing the review after several months at Atoda there is nothing to complain about,both my wife and I are very satisfied, we have undergone the examinations that were recommended to us, we are treated by specialists with a human approach and we feel safe that we are taken care of and nothing is neglected. Great pediatrics and children's physiotherapy

I go with my son for 2,5 years to doctor Podstolska and I would say, that I am pretty happy with the doctor, service, appointment time and the place itself! I have never had any issues to get to a doctor and was always offered a place even, if I called last minute. I would defiantly recommend doctor Podstolska and she is a very nice lady and most important experienced doctor!

They have the best pediatrician in Prague!

I've already used services of more specialists in Atoda Medical and every time I was satisfied with high quality service and very pleasant approach. All the same I can say about the nurses and receptionists who were always willing and quick to respond to any of my requests.

So far we've had only good experiences with doctors at Atoda. The detmatologist was great and managed to treat a terrible infection and an endless eczema in our boy. The pediatrician is always very nice and a good listener, so is the GP and the gynegologist. All of them always caring and helpful when needed.

I am very happy with Atoda, both of my kids are registered there since we have relocated back to Prague.

I have used the service of the Physiotherapist, Mr. Strakoš, who helped me get rid of  contractions in my head after a stroke.

My brother has used the service of the Dermatologist, Mr. Bortlik, who helped him with a chronic eczema that stopped occurrence.

Both specialists are high professionals with empathy to customers.

Some other staff members - I have had a chance to meet - are kind and willing to help. Moreover, the environment is pleasant and welcoming to customers. Thank you for such a great experience!

After years of extremely bad experience with doctors for children in Prague  - this clinic and our new doctor Ms MUDr. Agnieszka Podstolská is just a paradise. Very professional and kind approach, fast service, good communication in cz or English (!), willingness to help which seems to be hard to find elsewhere. Very clean and pleasant environment compared with places “for free” elsewhere where you find stinky packed little waiting rooms with rude staff, especially old school nurses who hate you for being a foreigner. Thank you all for being there for us every time needed!

I highly recommend Dr. Sausen Sladkova. Thanks to her, I found out about food intolerances that had been bothering me for a long time. She is very systematic, knowledgeable and dedicated to her patients.

If you're an expat or english speaker in Prague, this is the place to go. The staff and doctors are always very responsive, they have a lot of specialists in-house, and will help coordinate any outside services you need if you are a member (for a very good price in my opinion). The coordinating services and helping to navigate the Czech healtcare system was really crucial for me because I don't speak Czech; I had several small procedures, surgery in a hospital and an MRI. I would highly recommend ATODA.

My husband and I have been patients at this clinic for almost 3 years.  I highly recommend ATODA Medical for medical care.  ATODA Medical is able to provide for all of my medical needs (ie, general practitioner, dermatologist, orthopedist, neurologist, and physical therapist).  The quality of care is outstanding.  The doctors and staff speak English very well.   I am able to get an appointment in a timely manner.  Both my husband and I are blessed that ATODA Medical is an outstanding medical facility.

Dr. Pavel Beno is an incredible professional, the others are also, although you pay, but it is worth it. Everything great, we can not complain about anything. I am writing the review after a year to be objective. We are very happy with the Pediatrics at this clinic, thanks to their attitude and flexibility they have saved us a few visits to the ER because they took us later in the afternoon with an acute problem. We also use the allergy clinic and the access is great. The reviews for the pediatricians at this clinic are few so hopefully it will help someone in their decision. We certainly have no regrets.

Feedback on the private medical care my wife and I have paid for a year.

We are still waiting for our initial appointments next week, but I have already had two physiotherapy appointments, an allergy appointment, and my wife's cardiology appointment.

Overall great attitude, you feel like a human being there and everyone is respectful, sometimes they have to cancel appointments, they call with a big apology. Pleasant environment, no full waiting rooms, one goes at the exact appointment time.

I experienced 2 doctors, physiotherapy helped me a lot, allergology also good approach, both doctors talked about that it is not all about medication, but also about stress, mental health and soul !!! I see here a holistic approach.

Wife cardiology, after 10 years her new doctor merged 2 medications because there is one available on the market that has both ingredients. She found out that she had never been screened for kidneys, even though it was linked to her heart. She immediately arranged the necessary comprehensive tests for the next week to assess everything.

Due to the distance, I asked that if we were going to have both scans, that they schedule them on the same day, same or similar time, this was successful about 50% of the time, or there was an effort, sometimes not every specialty is there every day.

I consider this one of my best "investments". After years of being with doctors I feel like a human being and I am already glad I made this decision, thank you to the entire Atoda team

Atoda appealed to me from the very beginning of my internet search, everything is clear and simple. The client comes first and the negotiation is excellent. Communication with everyone from the reception to the doctors is with such a pleasantly human atmosphere with a highly professional approach. I paid my membership right away and was delighted. Atoda Medical is a private facility and its prices are identical to other facilities of this kind. However, we, the clients, have a bonus in the form of superior services and I stand by that!!! All the doctors, nurses but also the receptionists form a great team in my opinion and I always look forward to this clinic. And I am not a patient who likes everything:-) I have my demands, which I cannot say that they are not met. That's why I have renewed my registration again and probably will remain so in the future. I would like to thank Mrs. Karolína Hrubá, who gained my trust and helped me a lot in a situation I didn't know how to handle.She is a person in her place and a great professional. :-) Thank you also to everyone else .....

My only regret is that I didn't sign up for a membership years ago! From the very first meeting with my GP (which was 90 minutes and she was really listening, nothing felt rushed) I have had really positive encounters with all the doctors, nurses, and staff at Atoda. They really do their best to make you feel comfortable and cared for. They take a holistic look at your health, the information is shared between doctors, and you can choose to see a specialist within the clinic or get a referral to another doctor where you insurance would cover so it's very flexible to your needs and budget. Most of all it just took all the stress out of visiting doctors and turned it into a pleasant and caring experience. Highly recommend.

I can only say that the approach to the client is very friendly and kind. Homelike environment, one does not feel like at the doctor's office, therefore one does not get stressed. The doctor has time for the client, he explains everything he needs. I have already had some examinations here and I was always satisfied. I can only recommend it to everyone.

She is an extremely erudite and at the same time perceptive practitioner who is a true supervisor of partial specialist examinations and interventions. At the same time, also top specialist doctors if needed (experience with surgery). On top of that, very skilled and kind nurses, whose collections leave no traces on the body :-) For me personally, an experience incomparable in a positive sense to any previous health care.

I was here for a comprehensive inspection and I can only recommend it, great attitude very nice treatment.

I have transferred my GP to Mrs Mavrogeni and I cannot praise the change of approach. The doctor and the nurse are very nice, attentive, explain everything in detail. At the reception they take care of you, communication with the clinic is by e-mail. This is how I imagine a medical facility of the 21st century.

Our children have paid for membership for the second year and we do not regret it, we will definitely continue. We have comparisons with other big competitors in Prague, who offer the same services, but the approach and willingness to meet us and just advise over the phone is not a problem. Comparison like when you have a luxury car and it does not drive well, so you will be satisfied with a less luxurious, but with great driving characteristics...here you get both, no compromises. Beautiful clinic, nice and helpful staff, professional examination, parking right next to the clinic and if you need something from the pharmacy, it is just around the corner. Recommended!

I go to Dr. Podstolska with my one-year-old daughter. I am very satisfied with her individual approach, willingness to solve even seemingly small things. Of course, she is professional and friendly at the same time. I'm also glad for the pleasant office with a play rug, heating over the changing table, the possibility to drive a stroller up to the office. The care of the nurses and their assistance during appointments is absolutely above and beyond.
