Since February 2017 the new PILATES lessons in ATODA Medical

We offer you the opportunity to work out in a comfortable and intimate surrounding.
There are up to 4 people in the group, it is also possible to arrange a closed group of 3 or only 2 people or individual lessons for one.
Every Monday and Thursday between 9am and 1pm by appointment.
Lessons are in Czech or English.

I can only say that the approach to the client is very friendly and kind. Homelike environment, one does not feel like at the doctor's office, therefore one does not get stressed.
