Reservation fee for new clients

Dear new clients,

let us assure you that after making an appointment and setting a date for your visit, 40 – 60 minutes are reserved for you, depending on the type of examination. No one else is booked for that time, only you. We always send clients a text or email to confirm that the appointment is valid. Yet, it happens that almost 50% of the clients booked do not show up without prior cancellation.

Dear clients, we do not want you to succumb to the fact that you will sit or stand in a crowded waiting room and wait for hours until your turn comes, the doctor will attend to you for 5 – 10 minutes according to the tariff of Czech insurance companies and no one will care whether the patient shows up or not. We do not want to work like this. We are convinced that this is not the way to fulfil our mission – to be there for you who need us, who are aware of the value of your health and the health of your beloved ones.

Dear new clients, we therefore ask you to pay a reservation fee in the amount of 1500 CZK, which we will send in the form of an invoice to your email. Please pay the booking fee and send us a confirmation of payment within 24 hours. This will speed up the confirmation of your reservation. By crediting the payment to our account, the date is booked and we will confirm the exact time with a text message. By paying the booking fee you confirm your serious intention to take care of your own health.

The booking fee is only valid for the first visit to ATODA Medical. The booking fee will be automatically deducted from the price of the examination.

If you are unable to attend the appointment and you notify us (more than) 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, we will offer you a new appointment free of charge (we will rebook) or refund the payment by transfer to your account.

My only regret is that I didn't sign up for a membership years ago! From the very first meeting with my GP (which was 90 minutes and she was really listening, nothing felt rushed) I have had really positive encounters with all the doctors, nurses, and staff at Atoda. They really do their best to make you feel comfortable and cared for. They take a holistic look at your health, the information is shared between doctors, and you can choose to see a specialist within the clinic or get a referral to another doctor where you insurance would cover so it's very flexible to your needs and budget. Most of all it just took all the stress out of visiting doctors and turned it into a pleasant and caring experience. Highly recommend.

After years of extremely bad experience with doctors for children in Prague  - this clinic and our new doctor Ms MUDr. Agnieszka Podstolská is just a paradise. Very professional and kind approach, fast service, good communication in cz or English (!), willingness to help which seems to be hard to find elsewhere. Very clean and pleasant environment compared with places “for free” elsewhere where you find stinky packed little waiting rooms with rude staff, especially old school nurses who hate you for being a foreigner. Thank you all for being there for us every time needed!
