I am a graduated psychologist and social educator. I have a psychotherapeutic education and I am engaged in psychotherapy, counselling and diagnostics. I work mainly with adult clients, but also with children from 10 years old, with families or with couples.
I have worked with children in an educational institution, with addicts in various forms of care (from low threshold to aftercare and aftercare), I have worked for many years in a psychiatric hospital and especially in sexology, which is very close to my heart. Therefore, the themes of intimacy and sexuality (sexual preferences, orientation, identity) are close to my therapy, but also the themes of partner relationships, dating or even break-ups. I also have a lot of experience with more serious psychiatric illnesses such as psychosis, depression, etc.

I go to Dr. Podstolska with my one-year-old daughter. I am very satisfied with her individual approach, willingness to solve even seemingly small things. Of course, she is professional and friendly at the same time. I'm also glad for the pleasant office with a play rug, heating over the changing table, the possibility to drive a stroller up to the office. The care of the nurses and their assistance during appointments is absolutely above and beyond. I also appreciate the texting system that reminds me of my check-up/exam appointment in a timely manner.
